    Hi,

So after getting my head squashed again my poor ears need a break for a while :-) I currently have a set of ear guards, the half moon asic type. But I dont think they are all that good, and cause more harm than good.

So if there is anyone out there who does train with ear guards can you let me know which you have, and do you find them good ?

    Nice one .

(Im going to have to train with smaller people in future :D )

Nothing worse than a bad cauliflower. I had one a few months ago and was messing around with the kids in one of my classes and he got me in a headlock and I had to wince and do a swift escape! :D

Those Scrum caps are not worth a damn. It feels like lego hair and no matter how tight you have it on it moves about when you are in a jam.

Ear guards make training more fun and make you a happier person.

There's pretty good, can't think of the brand name off the top of my head. I'll see if I can find the link to the website I bought them off.

The cliff keen Halos are the best I've seen, they've got a very low profile, ideal for bjj, and they dont move around, easy to clean too. Another plus is that they're cheap and last for ages. You'll have to call in the order though for outside of the US.
