KK Motor Comapany-gone out of Business???

Does anybody know what has happened to the Kilkenny Motor Company who had their showroom out in Loughboy? It seems they have closed. They were only opened a couple of years a t most selling mostly prestige cars? That new Carsmart place in Carlow isn't related I wonder?
