Pixmania's 'Zen Engagement' how do I de-select it??

    Hi,

Could somebody please tell me how to de-select the 'Zen Engagement' option on the Pixmania site when confirming an order. it automatically charges you but I can't see any option to cancel the charge. Is there perhaps an icon that's not appearing on my pc for security reasons or the page is incomplete?
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Paddy

I can't see any way to deselect it either. However, I'd be very wary of buying anything from Pixmania. Google "pixmania problems" or "pixmania complaints" to get an idea of what I mean.

I used them before and had no problems, although I am aware that they do have a history of complaints.
I do remember being able to deselect the Zen thing after a bit of looking though. Maybe they changed it to make it more awkward to opt out.

I think you have to click on the zen engagement thing to get more info on it. At the bottom of the pop up window telling you what the zen engagement thing is you can deselect it.

Bought a couple of items off pixmania in the past month. What exactly are the problems with them? Is it to do with returns?

    Thats how you do it.

I'be bought loads from pixmania and never had a problem. They even refunded the postage to me when they shipped the wrong item to me. It took a little while though but no big swiss.
