    Hi all,

I was wondering is there is an alternative to komplett? I'm waiting for them to get an Asus mainboard back in stock (link below)

    http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=321774

    Thanks in advance
    Flop

If there is an alternative, i don't wanna know about it!

Check the sticky on this forum for useful links.

www.overclockers.co.uk would be my first choice, altho for one item u will get stiffed on shipping. Damn you parcelforce!

I got this very board from hardwareversand.de recently and it was 180 at the time. Service was not as good as komplett and you need to pay by bank transfer so overall the process takes a while (8 working days in my instance). For a single item, I'd still go with komplett.

Feck that so i guess i can wait until the board is back in stock. ;-)

Thanks for the replies though, interesting to see what other e-vendors are out there.

    Cheers

Marx Computers are very good but don't know if they would have the one you are looking for or not, quality customer service though. Also maybe give dabs.ie a try.

Hey Khannie was there any tax applied when you bought this HW from Germany as I have heard in the past that a tax of 16% is applied to these kinds of purchases that originate outside of germany?

haven't ordered off them myself but they seem to have pretty good value on pretty much everything, big saving over komplett.
