First Aid Course

    Sorry for posting this here if there was somewhere more appropriate. I cant seem to find anywhere I can do a first aid course that doesnt charge 500euro!! can anyone maybe help me out as to where i can do one?

    have you tried fetac, i dont know if they do a first aid course, but check them out to see

    I would say contacting the red cross (http://www.redcross.ie/services_in_ireland/first_aid_training) or the order of malta. they usually run these courses, dont think theyre that costly

    Call your local Order of Malta . They often organise fist aid courses locally. I'm in my local Order of Malta, and we have one every 3months or so.

    You can pick up an ER box set in HMV. You'll get the hang of it easily enough.

    Click the 'learn first aid' link up the top. Go down to the info about the 9 night course. There's a link there to contact the education secretary. There's on coming up pretty soon. Not sure of the price though

    As N_Raid mentions there's a St John Ambulance course starting on 27 March at the HQ on Leeson Street.
