From rte.ie/business. Potentially good news perhaps.
Belfast International Airport (BIA) announced another new international route, and said it will be stepping up its campaign to persuade travellers from the Republic to consider flying out of the airport.

Canadian airline Zoom is to add Halifax, Nova Scotia to its scheduled destinations from May, in addition to the Vancouver and Toronto routes it launched over the last two years.

BIA plans to launch a month long advertising campaign in the Republic's border counties to increase awareness of what the airport has to offer.
