C drive full-movement needed

    hi apoligies if this is the wrong place.

    Can anyone tell me how i can transfer data from my c drive on my pc to another location with free space. Im having problems downloading anything as my C drive is now practically full.

    How bout just burning a load of stuff to dvd for starters then deleting the same stuff after transfer ?

    Have you got an external hard drive or other partition with any free space?

    spacemonger will tell you where the space is in use
    you probably have stuff you could remove - golden rule is don't delete anything unless you know what it is

    What do you mean by "Another location"?

    Have you another partition on the HDD which has space available?
    or do you have an external drive?
