Hey lads, where's the best place to get darts supplies.
I'd like to get a mat, but the ones online don't seem to ship to Ireland (their weight would probably cost a fortune to ship).

Another problem I have is only the room lighting on the dartboard.
I'd like to get a light dedicated to the board - saw a perfect one online, but it costs $300  (the circumsomethingorother).

What sort of lighting setup do you have?

Well for me the best place to buy Darts Supplies is on Ebay. There are about 16 or so Ebay shops that sell Darts equipment with many of them specialising in darts gear. Never had a problem buying equipment on Ebay and its usually much cheaper than anywhere else.

That said though I know a lot of peole dont like Ebay so the next best darts site to buy from is:
    www.dartscorner.co.uk

Just had a quick look and they do sell darts mats on that site but not sure about shipping costs.

As for lights I wouldnt waste your money on buying some fancy lighting like you have above. All you need is a simple spot light that you can pick up in any DIY shop. You might have to get someone to fit it for you but it will cost alot less than €300. I have a spot light for my board and its perfect.

    Hope that helps

There is a shop called Mikes Bikes on St. Patricks Street in Dun Loaghaire that sell loads of different darts supplies. They are cheap enough as well. Also if you want something and they dont have it in stock they will order it in for you.

Not sure if you live around that area though.
