Anyone know if ntl in Tuam is standard cable or is it MMDS? Just one of my customers has asked about multiroom distribution for his pub but he has not got a clue what he has. I usually supply and set up satellite. I said I would help him if i could.

I think cable is only in the very centre of the city. I'm nearly sure there are houses on College Road [and further out] with MMDS antennae. Only MMDS where I am.

Your customer will need to contact NTL/UPC/whatever they're not called for another set-top box and valid viewing card and pay for multiroom [€10 extra per month per box, I think]. AFAIK, you can have up to four TV points with their equipment.
