For those of us who unfortuately have to work for the festival... Where are people watching the races? There is no bookies beside my workplace...

Racing UK charge £15pm to watch them online, I think that's very steep, considering At The Races charge £9pm... Although if I don't find an alternative I might have to take the hit!!!

I know Boyle Sports and I think Paddy Power allow you to watch a race on their site if you have bet €10 on the race (could even be €5) so this maybe cheaper.

Personally I would listen to them on the radio and watch the highlights.

Cheers, just checked with Boylesports there.. They are offering a one month free trial of watching the races online, after a month you must bet on the race in order to watch it..

Unfortunately the races on the site are streamed from At The Races & Cheltenham is being shown on Racing UK!

Think I'll be listening to the radio!

Keep an eye on the betfair forum, theres usually a link to streaming services from the US which carry cheltenham.

If I see one, ill repost it here.

If you can't get video, and are not allowed to listen in work - THIS site offers running text commentary.

Sky plused the C4 coverage this afternoon and watching it now.

Clare Balding just said in the intro the RSA "looks to be between Boston Bob and Unioniste". WTF - was that the received wisdom this morning???

Why would a person steeped in racing since the cradle come out with a line like that?? Is it just the tabloidisation of the media, are they encouraging presenters to package everything up in clever soundbites ?

Claire Balding is a joke. At least twice now I've heard her refer to hurdlers jumping 'fences'

Got back to the flat you muppet

I've heard Ted Walsh say "larger fences" where referring to hurdles. It happens.

Why did RTE change to RUK? Used to always have the Channel 4 coverage.
