Cant enter Data into fields in IE/Explorer

    Posting this for a friend...

    In IE and Explorer he cant enter anything in blank fields, like on googles page in the search field. Its the same for the fields in users under control panel or search.

    Would he have a virus? Avast doesnt find anything, ad-aware nothing either.

    Any advice, solutions???
