o2 offer - 1c calls and texts again

I was on the phone to o2 today. When id got sorted out and was about to hang up the call assistant told me of a new o2 offer.1c calls and texts to three o2 numbers during your off peak time - think there early bird and night owl - and weekends. I didnt see this offer anywhere so im not sure what the story is with it but…
