Important info for GJP customers regarding Ipoker changeover

    This will go out in an email to you all but I know a lot of people don't read them so:

    1: The site will go down at 12.00 am and will re-appear on the playtech network sometime 2moro afternoon.

    2: You will log in using your existing account name but will need to use your cashier/sportsbook password.

    3: If you have an account that does not have a card/neteller registered to it then you will need to phone 0818 221010 to get a password.

    4: Anyone who is working through a bonus will get paid accordingly whatever & of the bonus they have completed with 72 hours of migration. Anyone who has completed more than 50% of the bonus will get the full bonus credited and anyone who has less than 50% completed will get a new target for the rest of the bonus to be released.

    5: New bonus's system will be similar to the old one but will be based on intial deposit. Full details will be released within next few days. $500 will still be max bonus.

    If you need my phone number for any reason PM me.

    There will be more customer service agents on than normal for the next few days but there still may be longer than usual delays so please be patient. I have no access to account details or passwords etc so you will have to go through Bluesq customer service for them. Phone number again is 0818 221010.

    If you remember your username you can use the "forgot details" link on the top of the page:

    http://www.bluesq.com/bet

    If you cant remember your username use the find function on outlook express and type "bluesquare" into the from field. It should refer to your username somewhere there in one of the emails it brings up

    Under my account on the new GJP screen there is a section called:

    Pending Bonus Dollars, anyone know what this means, is this a bonus ive cleared that hasnt been processed. Mine says 408.61 whats this?

    logged in no probs, transferred cash from sportsbook, all looks good. Haven't played a hand yet, but apparently i need to earn 2000 joker points by last Wednesday to get upgraded :confused:

    I opened the old client and tried to log in, but it just said the pokerroom was upgrading and inaccessible atm.


    And the download on greenjokerpoker.com is for the tribeca client.

    I just opened the old client on my laptop and it directed me to upgrade. The link on greenjokerpoker.com is also directed to the new software. Try clearing your internet cache, you may be getting the old page.

    All bonus payments will be made within the next 72 hrs which was what I stated in the original post yesterday. Any other manual adjustments to bonus requirements will happen within the same timeframe. At the moment all hands are on deck helping people get upgraded successfully.

    I can't log in. I got it to reset my password and got a 6 digit PIN -- I can't log in with this PIN either with my poker nickname or what I think might be my sportsbook username. Tried this with a couple of PINs with no luck. I can't log in on www.bluesquare.com either.

    I'm abroad so I can't ring you, can someone who can help get me by email/PM/MSN please?

    I've been trying and failing to "download upgrader" since about 10pm. A message pops up and suggests that I try again, which I have done but that hasn't worked either.

    Any ideas?

    this will send you a new password.

    To log into the GJP software you use your screen name (old Tribeca username) plus this new password.
    To get into your cashier account you need your BlueSQ sportsbook username and this new password.

    This worked for me, but I knew what my BlueSQ username was.

    Can you search through your old emails to find out what your BlueSQ username was?

    I know you have far bigger fish to fry at the minute but any chance of changing the colour scheme at some point Mike? The action buttons etc. don't stand out at all well from the background imo.

    Loyalty scheme will continue as normal with an extra level for higher volume players.

    We will most likely do some kind of deposit bonus soon once things have settled down.

    Or do I have to ask the net admin to open up the ports? (i no idea how this will go...)

    I don't think you can change the settings, bribing your admin might be the only option.
