Dealing with death

    My partners dad who I knew 7 years died suddenly a week ago .
    Its crasy .So well one day and dead the next.Last night I didnt sleep that well,felt there was someone in the room and dreamed of an angel coming to visit me.This gave me a fright and I woke up.Maybe he was there I dont know.
    Any experts please advise.
    I do belive there is something out there .I dreamed of my uncle who came back and said sorry in my dreams for wrong he did in his life.Certain things did happen which I have no answer to.Thanks for reading.

    Commiserations to you for you and your partner's loss.

    I don't believe in an afterlife myself, so I would say that your experiences might be due your subconcious, where a part of you is trying to deal with the death by sending you comforting dreams/feelings.

    How come you say the Angel scared you? did you get an odd feeling from the dream, or just quite vivid?

    I got a feeling of emence power comming from the angel and that gave me a fright, I could almost feel it.
    The dream seemed real enough.

    I don't really know too much about this type of thing, unfortunatey. Maybe you should try posting the same message on a dreams or spirituality forum?
