Come on Tipp. That was a good win today, and as you predicted, was high-scoring. Lucky Tipp got that third goal when they did.

Good to see Kilkenny fall and end their unbeaten run. The Dubs should have done it though. I didn't see it, just the highlights on the news, but the Tipp v Kilkenny match looked good. It's a pity that Waterford v Cork and Antrim v Dublin were washed out.

yep impressive by Tipp. They finally got some forwards to help out eoin kelly. Galway done well too in a scrappy old game, cloonan back to his usual high scoring days - dunno what they were thinking last year leaving him off. And wexford was a real surprise, clearly all isn't well in clare!

Watched the Kil v Tip game great stuff. What about Wicklow's win over Laois Micko must be having an effect on the hurlers too.

I just found out about the Wicklow match there...disgraceful as I live there. But two wins from two now, so ya never know what may happen. Could ya imagine a Wicklow hurling team in the semi-final:eek:. Sure we shall see what happens, maybe if this case of it going unnoticed could be a good thing, might get promoted:D

Yeah wicklow are off to a great start. That was definitely a surprise win over laois, who were obviously getting a bit carried away from their first win. Pity the division 2 champs dont have promotion to aim for, because of the restructuring next year, but still i suppose the division 2 title is still something.

Good win for Galway yesterday. OK the performance in the first half wasn't anything to write home about, but the way the lads kept fighting till the end showed a bit of determination that hasn't been there for ages.

Our half-forward and midfield still need a bit of work, but it looks like the squad are very fit for this time of year - hopefully they can maintain this level of fitness for the year :D

The Wicklow - Laois result was very surprising, to say the least. Does this say more for the development of wicklow hurling, or the decline of Laois hurling. I'd like to say the first one, but I think it could well be the second scenario.

Kojak, would also like to say the first one there regarding Wicklow, but then again, they have won two matches on the trot. There wasnt much hope for them att he start, but to be in this position is excellent, so I'm going to say its a bit of both
