    Investigating Charleville Forest Castle

Well I finally got around to editing together some of the footage shot on the Charleville investigation last year.

The camera work wasn't great, so it was hard to pull something together. But the sound is surprisingly good.

There's no real ending, as the investigation kind of faded out as a result of all the noisy Spanish people.

Oh and I added a creepy soundtrack to make things a bit more exciting too.

(You might need iTunes or Quicktime installed to play this file)

And if you can't play it then I hope to get it up on YouTube later on.

Investigating Charleville Forest Castle features: 6th, Stevenmu, Grimes, & Monkeyfudge. Plus two other people without boards.ie accounts... And yes... I know I spelled 'presentation' wrong.

Running time: 12 minutes 31 seconds.

For the record the camera adds more than 10lbs ..... really.

Good work, I'm only half way through though.

That's CGI fat added for dramatic effect.

Well I couldn't put it up on YouTube as it's more than 10 minutes long.

But here is again with better quality and strangly a smaller file size.

I'm never going near .m4v again... I can tell you that much!

I hope to have some DVD copies of this for anyone who makes it to the Greet & Grub tomorrow... the DVD includes some bonus scenes from the first Charleville investigation and also Ross Castle.

If you have quicktime on your computer there shouldn't be a problem. VLC can play the .mov file as well.

Have you tried right clicking and choosing 'save as'? They're fairly beefy files to try and stream through your browser.

Is it certified? If their is any nudity/profanity we need a rating.

If 6th carries out his seemingly limitless tendancy to disrobe, I want an X rating and the appropriate disclaimers.

    It's rating exempt.

It's an educational film on the follies of eating too many pies and there's also a valuable lesson about the dangers of drinking too much caffine as it makes your camera work all shakey.

Actually my 'fans' will be disappointed with this abit. Sure I look great in it but I think I'm holding back a bit in it ...... or maybe I am purposely being a bit shy :D

Its a well put together bit of film but there are a few better movies of me on the net if you are willing to look and have a creditcard ;)

Well next time we're at Charleville we could shoot in the druids grotto for that authentic Al Qaeda look.

    I'll bring the sword ;)

Great work Monkeyfudge, I really loved the soundtrack to it, and the opening approach to the castle looks really good. It really shows off what a great place the castle is. I'm looking forward to watching the DVD later.

I can't stand Quicktime so will use VLC :) Cheers.
