    As promised a 10 min taster of a seminar I attended a couple of years ago in California. We had done an hour of ground stuff and Karo was just getting to the throws. Hope you like. The rest is all secret footage which cant be shown because its too good :p

    Karo was on the TUF helping his cousin Manny prepare for his semi-final clash again Joe Lauson. He was fooling around with Nate Diaz and it turned nasty with both guys losing their temper and calling each other out with Diaz muttering about punching Karo in the face and Karo exclaiming "Do they know who I am?". It was as cringe worthy as the ultimate fighter gets and Karo did his reputation as an arrogant ass no favours.

    Karo was on sherdogs beat down radio show to give his side of the story but just basically said the same thing.

    Karo Parisyian - Great fighter, crap diplomat.

    I am a big fan of Karo inside the cage,but hes an ass outside it.

    In addition to the tiff with Diaz on TUF.
    He also gave out to Manny's teammates for cheering in the match as Karo wasnt able to shout in Armenian to his cousin.

    Also from Joe Lauzon's articles about TUF
    "After one of my fights, Karo gave me a hard time, too. He came over and yelled across the mat something to the extent of, “Hey, nice fight,” and I just said, “Thanks.” He starts saying, “Oh, is that all you have to say to me? ‘Thanks?’ Speak up and say a little more next time.” What more do you say, though, without coming off as cocky, when someone congratulates you? “Oh yeah, I’m the man. I just won my fight with ease and killed that guy. I rule!” That’s not my style. The incident with me happened before the problems he had with Nate, so I could see where Diaz was coming from. I don’t think Karo had any problems with me, it’s just his attitude and how he comes off can rub people the wrong way. "
