LTV mortgage: AIB v NIB

I'm currently with AIB standard variable but am eligible for the lowest rate ltv with both aib and nib. I would prefer not to have to move but nib are 0.1 lower than aib (4 v 4.1.) Is it possible to haggle with your mortgage provider to match someone else or not?
