After the torment I went through last night with VC, it got me thinking about other sites. Which site would you recommend for mostly tourney play and that works with PT which I'm also going to get? Are there sites where u can get PT for free when u sign up?

    I'm already in Pokerstars

    Thanks

I've no idea where to go but I agree with you about VC:

table selection window shows open seats where there are none
    frequent server disconnects
    slow software
the 'randomness' of the deal makes Tribeca look good

    it's ****e!

I've played on a lot of different sites/networks in the past and at the moment I can't say there is one network that looks good to play on. Before all the amis were kicked off the networks and the recent tribeca switch there were 4 or 5 i'd have regularly played on.

Pokerstars and FT are good for tournaments imo.

Here's my opinion on the networks at the moment:
    Pokerstars:
+ lots of tournaments, good mix of buy-ins
    - too many satellites
+ lots of players so good game selection possibilities for cash games
    - one of the few sites that accept americans and seeing as the ami fish are finding it hard to deposit that means good americans
    - before the recent sh1t the cashgames were some of the toughest on the interweb - i'm not sure how tough they are now
    ++ software is super
-- No rb and bonuses are too few

    Full Tilt:
+ lots of tournaments, good mix of buy-ins
+ lots of players so good game selection possibilities for cash games
-- one of the few sites that accept americans and seeing as the ami fish are finding it hard to deposit that means good americans - lots of 4+ table multitablers
    ++ software is super
    + rb is posssible

    Prima:
I haven't played here for a while but the software is slow and not multitabler friendly. There is very good rb available on this network. Cash games were quite ok before but I don't know how it is now.

    Ultimate bet:
---Customer support - they are fücking useless. No interest in catching cheaters.
    +rakeback is available
After that I don't know much more. I haven't played there in quite a while.

    Party:
Apparently there are still quite a few tables running here. No rakeback and I find the software horrid. Haven't played there since they got rid of the amis.

I'll leave iPoker alone for a bit :) but first impressions ain't good.

The new i poker network has no tourneys worth entering imo.(maybe this will change). Late evenings/night-time Ultimate Bet has a series of good tourneys which i now multi table. Interface is quite good and u can get rake back.

During the day im now playing on party poker. They have a range of decent tourneys with big prizepools. Not too gone on there software though.

Pokerstars i cant stand anymore(i sit there for days getting k 2 off suit)

Fulltilt is good but alot of the tourneys are pricey.

What constitutes a tourney not worth entering and good tourneys?

    two examples!

the 11 dollar rebuy 55k on stars

    vrs

the $99 10k guaranteed that used to be on tribeca

I think i poker have a $10 12.5k guaranteed tourney which looks painfull to play
