    Has anyone had there accounts closed on neteller?? I had a good bit of cash in the account and when i tried to access it today it said my account has been closed :eek: Anyone else experiencing problems??

    Hi. I had the same problem a while back. The problem I had was that I tried to access my account through work which was routed through a US server. As a result Neteller thought I was a US customer and closed the account.
    I called them and advised them of the problem and after checking a few things they opened it again. I currently have moved all my cash out of Neteller as a precaution.
    Give them a call, I find their support staff very efficient and I have never had any problem with Neteller.

    There's a wide range of reasons why they might close your account. Most of which are Neteller just being overly careful about security.

    All it takes is for you to contact them by phone, say hello, answer your security question and they will re-open it.

    I'll lock this so that we dont have too many Neteller threads on the go at one time.
