i have a 2nd sky box with a f.t.v. card running from a quad lmb, will sky provide me with a 2nd card to match the 1 in the maim box. cost please

You either pay a full sub or connect both sky boxes to phoneline and pay 15 Euro no matter what original pack is. A FTV card does not enter into it.
