    I just need advice!!Im 18,around 5 foot 8(not entirely sure,im small) and 11 and a half stone.Im goin on holiday in july and i really wanted to lose weight for my birthday in April.Im not a weights person at all.In the last year i have lost 3 stone.BUT,i think i still have to lose more.10 stone is my target.I tink i hav a chubby face and i think there is too much weight on my back.

    I do exercise but now im tryin to get back into intense training to lose weight.I like to go running up the woods a few times and recently i joined gym.I like to do 40 or so minutes on the threadmill at a good pace and 20 minutes on the bike.Also,with the new year im back training with the gaa.

    My diet:Breakfast: 1 and a alf bowls of Crunchy nut Corn falkes with low fat milk.
    Lunch: Chicken roll or chicken sandwiches(Goujons)No lettuce mayo or cheese!Just Chicken!!:D
    Dinner: I like lasagne,spaghetti bolognese and roat beef(Usual weekly dinners!!

    ID love your opinions on this regime and will i lose weight with this regime to get down to 10 stone?Your help and opinions will be greatly appreciated!!
