    i've been told that you can download a program that makes your zen loader! does anyone kno where i can get this and how to use it??

    What's the story with the exclamation marks?

    I think the US firmware increases the volume on the Zen Vision M. Mine's loud enough as it is so I haven't looked into it.

    cause i want to know if i can do it or not! id love to make mine louder cause i used to have a zen micro and it was way louder

    You do realise if you are using it full blast you are more tehn likly wrecking your ears.

    I did it for my Zen Vision M 30 gig. Download the US version of the firmware from the creative site, creative.com, (change your country to US), click Support..Downloads..MP3 players..Zen Vision M 30 Gig. Download the firmware. It does not have the 'e' at the end. The US version does not have the EU's loudness limiter. See AV Forums for more on this.

    Note !! there are problems with Windows Media Player 11 and the Zen Vision firmware update process, see the knowledge base on creative.com, which may not be resolved yet, so if you are using Media Player 11 you need to go back to Media Player 10 , again see knowlege base, and then update the Zens firmware, then reinstall Media Player 11. Needs a few reboots to do all this , but it all works.
