Working Holiday Visa to Australia

Hi there, does anybody know if you can get into Australia on a working holiday visa if you have alredy been on one? I know you can extend it to another year if you worked rural for 3 months but i didn't. I am desprate to get back and i don't have the qualification to get sponsered. Please help!!!
