    Hey all!

Just moved to Dundrum and im looking to join a gym, thing is i dont really know the area, so could anyone recommend a good reasonly priced gym for me. Anywhere within 20min drive would be great or im working in Harolds cross so even somewhere close to there would be fine.
    Thanks in advance.
    Vinnie..

There is a gym in Dundrum, off the top of my head though i have no idea what it's called, you also have total fitness up in sandyford.

The gym in Dundrum is closed i believe, Total Fitness would be a better place anyway.

I hear there's soon to be a Brazillian BJJ blackbelt coach down there very shortly. That will be very exciting.

But to the OP, living in Dundrum TotalFitness would be your best bet.

Yeh I hear he is suppose to be top notch. I wouldn't mind doing a few classes with him myself.

If you are struggling for a reasonably priced gym

    Two options are

Benildus (nearest Luas stop - Kilmacud)
    http://www.benildushfc.com/

or Crunch Fitness at UCD possibly

I used to go to the Dundrum gym until it closed and found Total Fitness too far away (and not exactly cheap)

I keep reading about the prospect of a new gym opening in Beacon Sth Quarter in Sandyford Industrial Estate but I dont have any info on who the gyn nay be or what facilities may be included

UCD gym is cheap as chips and spacious. Staff are refreshingly disinterested too.
