ATM/ Banking in Kenya

Hey guys, I'm heading to Kenya this summer and I was just wondering if anybody knows what Irish banks have ATM cards that would work in Nairobi ATMs? Apart from Barclays... I wanted to set up an AIB student account and student credit card, do ye know if would work over there? Thanks :)

A friend of mine was over in Nairobi last month and he brought his AIB ATM card with him. It worked fine for him although he said it could be hard enough to find a working ATM at times. Hope this helps!

Cool thanks! The teller said the card is maestro and works abroad, I just hope it has cirrus on it!
