    Just curious if people agree with this criticism on one of my comments on this one.

    Not really much to say... I can't tell what the picture is or what it is about (didn't read any caption, etc.) the darks get lost in each other, there is not rule of thirds or other framing convention used to draw attention to the subject (what is the subject?)

    bah the rules are guide lines, i really like this, it looks almost like a dream or something, the blur and contrast gives it a great smokey effect, just can't put my finger on it. great work.

    Yeah its something about the way the kid looks back at me. I found that alot of them were eyeing me up suspiciously, maybe they thought I was a special branch photographer, I suppose I have the build to be a member of the filth :)
