    The arrested is an 18 year old i understand.He just plowed straight on into the first accident.

    Other emergency personell who were at the scene are being treated for shock

    ooops, just noticed this thread now

    has anything happened to the 18 year old??

    he managed to kill them straight away and the ambulances onscene for the first accident couldnt do anything either
