Yes Paul, shall join your forum... no offense to anyone but unendless posting of things like ROT, os driving me nuts. I need to talk about MA training, technqiue, fitness and conditioning methods and stuff, thats more my interests.

Yeah man...thats for post of Skip Hall....looks real interesting...shall utube for him. Theres hope for me yet if he is 60! He loosk like the big boss man from American Chopper TV show!

Yeah, amazing that an Irish Martial Arts forum should have topics related to Irish fight nights.:eek: Has anyone else noticed that there are a good few regular posters on this board who do nothing but moan their hole off about it? I mean, you don't HAVE to post here, you don't even have to read it if it annoys you so much.

I d said nought to disrepute Irish Fight nights,if people enjoy them and posting about them great, no it does not annoy me either, it just ain't top of the list as regards my own MA interests.

However there is alot more to MA, and thats just that, so yes Roper, I shall go off elsewhere for the post part from now on it. Bye!

Seriously Gerry, I don't know if thats a 'good bye' to this forum. Hope its not.

Its bad enough that we've lost Jon and a few other's recently. I'm holding on here by a thread (no pun intended) and losing a member like yourself just push's a few more of us away from here.
