Velbon 4 Section Tripod

I'm looking for a Velbon 4 Section Tripod (With the quick release legs) for my Tamrac Expedition 4 bag - the ones that fold down to about 15 inches. I already have a nice 3 secton tripod for planned long exposure work, but this will be stuck on the front of the bag, for spontaneous work.

Anyone know who stocks, or does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with?

Halls Cameras are a joke! Phoned them up to ask if they did delivery, nope. Asked them would it be possible to pay by Credit Card, and have my Sister in Dublin collect. Nope.

I really do want to give Irish shops my business for smaller items like these, but it's almost impossible.
