Novice's AK question?

Level 3 blinds 75 / 150

Hero on the button with As Kh ..... There's a min-raise, re-raise and an all-in(chip-leader) action on me.

Is this an obvious FOLD and if so WHY?

All comments will be appreciated

I apologise in advance if this seem like a dumb post but as the title states a relative beginner here and you do not learn if you do not ask.

This is a novice talking as well, but for me unless I was short stacked this is a fold.

With the re-raise and then the all-in I would figure they're both on something like QQ,KK,AA or AK. So you're unlikely to hit much by calling.

Fold, and let one of them go out (hopefully).

1. It helps in HH's to have stack sizes and the images of players at the table inc you.

2. Fold....what are you ahead of....they cant all have AQo

3. In a rebuy ....push....cause AK is da nutz in a rebuy level.

live freezeout so total chips of villains unknown
I was comfortable in chips, was covering re- raise, about equal with min-raiser UTG(rock) and chip leader (all in ) has been aggressor pre/post flop
