Weird problem

    I tried to get the replacement Wiimote staps but when i put me serial number in it says it is incorrect or it has been used before.I contacted Nintendo about the problem.Anyone else had this problem?

    Yea that happened to me. Didnt bother to contact ninty though. I wonder why that happened.

    Let me know what ninty says so I can sort it out myself.

    I had the same thing.. Mailed their support address a few times and got no response (over a 4 week period), even when I suggested that i would escalate the issue to Nintendo Europe / Japan..

    However, I did get the replacement straps in the post.. So obviously they''re so inundated with requests, they're not bothered with replying.. They just send them out.. You will have to mail them though..
