    Hah, I got an email a few hours ago. 'Bill of Rights' here

    Following days of cancelled and delayed flights, Jet Blue has released a customer Bill of Rights.

    1. The bill promises vouchers to fliers who experience delays.
    2. Customers will be compensated based on the length of the delays—from $25 to the full ticket amount.

    The company's CEO asked customers Tuesday to give the airline a second chance.

    David Neeleman said, “I wanted to assure you, as the CEO of this company, that the events that transpired last week and the way that they transpired will never happen again.”

    The bill of rights is aimed at restoring credibility to the airline.

    The airline’s problems started last week after the Valentine's Day storm.
