I think you have missed the concept. Your are 4betting the SBs 3-bet. This is prob the most -EV play you can make preflop.

he has to be stealing Alot to make preflop good. your size isnt bad

betting this flop with your hand is terrible, you have some showdown value and can improve and he will never fold a better hand having called preflop

please dont anybody say he might have 10's or JJ and fold them now
