Would be niceer without the effect, methinks

I'd have to agree with the other comments. Nice shot though

I think the effect looks a bit gimmicky and takes away from a cool shot. I'd prefer to see a higher resolution version of it. The processing otherwise looks really good - great lighting and composition too.

agree with all of the above. At first glance I didn't actually notice the cloning, but then... I did and now it's all I can see.

The pose is excellent and I love the lighting too.
The shoulders are a little on the hot side though. I would have got her to bend her left arm a tiny bit just to iron out the mouth like wrinkle in it. The burning in the bottom right has also crossed over in to the frame.
And for some reason the brightest of her vertebrae seems to draw my eye all the time, I could be just a 'back man' though.

That said I do like it an awful lot and you've certainly got the sexy back thing down. Hubba Hubba!

Can we see the original? Not that I want to look at female backs, but the cloning interests me now, and just curious as to what the original is like.

Same; I didn't notice it at first either. Nice shot though!

One other thing I meant to say last night (except that I passed out) is that you might try burning in the top right corner, if a contrasy look is what you're after.

She is hot and hotter in person.

I like the burning idea though for the right corner

I'll play around with it a bit more and throw it up this evening with some others i have

i put up the unedited version on top.
I dont think there is much 2 do with it cept maybe a bit of burning on the top right but i think it works quite well without it?
    what do yee think?

It's a lovely picture. I was almost expecting text or something in the top right corner...it seems to be slightly too big a space to keep blank. ust my opinion, but I liked the first one alot.

That looks excellent. The lighting and the shadows cast on her back are just bang on and the framing is just great!
I must say I prefer the unedited version by far.

I tried my own hand at the photo. I took out the border, make a decent pass at fixing the model's shadow and then burnt it in a bit:
