    Hi

    Anyone have Metro in Navan
I live near the swimming pool and was thinkning of getting it.
(I currently have dsl from them and am very happy)

What is like will speeds match my current 3 mb package ?
    Is contention ratio's an issue?

    Cheers
    Declan

Upload is better than DSL, everything else is similar. Except you save money if you ditch the eircom phone line.

I don't know anyone in Navan with it. Or if anyone I know in Navan has it, they havn't said. I'm using it since NOV 2005 in Limerick and the phone on it.

I think eircom line rental rising to 28 Euro shortly. What I'm saving on pphone line more than pays my Sky sub.

I will have it shortly...but then I would have to!

If you are beside the swimming pool (up by Silverlawns?) then you could reach out the window and touch the mast as it is at the ESB site there so signal etc should be excellent.

Maybe need an Attenuator on coax or wet dishcloth over his aerial!
