ITV-4 on NTL

Hi guys, I'm just wondering is there anyway of getting ITV-4 tuned in on NTL digital? I'm almost sure it isn't on there but can't see any reason why it shouldn't be Thanks for the help

no it cant be tuned in. nothing can be tuned in. you only receive what ntl give you

as for the reason its not there, quite simple. ITV don't want it there. ITV4 however can be viewed freely on satellite
