TG4 on NTL

    I see TG4 is now on channel 877 in the north on NTL (if it's still called that).
    Does anyone know when this happened?

    Is it in widescreen? Here on NTL/UPC digital, it's still 14:9. On Sky and Digital Terestial it's 16:9.

    That I don't know as it's my parents that have it on NTL -I have it on Sky. My father was on TG4 tonight and I just found out this morning that it is now on 877 on NTL and so he was able to see it in glorious digital. I assume it's on proper widescreen.

    Just wondering how long its been available.
