On such a tight budget buying new you don't have a lot of options so it may not be the best but it will get you up & running.

You got a graphics card to go with this ?

If you do have an AGP graphics card get this Gigaybte board as the board definitely supports the P4 D 915 & DDR RAM plus it has two SATA ports & two IDE controllers.

If you do not have a graphics card get this Asrock board same as above but with integrated graphics & a slot for AGP graphics cards. It also supports the same level of ports as the one above.

Getting a motherboard with a PCI-e link for graphics cards (the current interface which replaced AGP) is possible but it will eat away most of your budget as the boards cost near €100.

As for cases well budget dictates you go cheap but here are ones then look to be fairly okay this MATX case from Asus & this Dabs value case which is full ATX which means it can take full size ATX boards alongside the smaller MATX kind.

So roughly in total it will probably just come to over €110-120.
