Hair on viewfinder

I have a new Canon 400D that I got just before Christmas. Just the other day I noticed a piece of fluff/hair on the viewfinder. I removed the lens and looked through the viewfinder and it's still visible so I assume its somewhere on that. Anyone have any idea how I'd get rid of it. Don't think its showing on photos but is just annoying me when I use it!!

Also, what should I use to clean my lenses?

    Thanks

    Mary

How about one of these: http://www.warehouseexpress.com/index.cfm?photo/cleaning/Giottos_Rocket.html

I had the same problem once but fortunately had my shotgun with me: (Hh! Hair not hare, sorry!)

Thanks for the handy tip :D

Seriously though, anyone?? By the way, I'm new to this SLR business, hence the question about cleaning lenses :)

TBH I'd bring it in for cleaning to some place like Conns cameras unless you know exactly what your doing. and seeing as your asking.... :)

The precision whith which any part of the internal chamber of the camera is made and set with is extreem. the slightest wipe could set anything off. getting cameras cleaned is not that expensive tbh and worth it for peice of mind

P.S.: This is asuming that its on the inside :P

Thats what I was thinking to be honest. Am a bit afraid of damaging it so I better get a pro to have a look. Thanks for the advice :)

Couldn't it be on the mirror, rather than the viewfinder? Or the focusing screen:
