Im doing a big charity cycle during easter from Malin head to mizen Head. Its over 5 days as follows

    Malin head - Donegal town
    Donegal town- Roscommon
    Roscommon-Thurles
    Thurles- Cork
    Cork - Mizen head

Has anyone here ever done this before and what are roads like etc. Im familiar with the roads from roscommon to cork but i'd imagine that the start and end that there would be a lot of hills and mountains to climb.

it Is for the Irish Cancer Society

As a matter of interest is it definately going from Malin to Mizen? (most go from Mizen to Malin as there is a better chance of a tailwind). As you will be on primary roads most of the time they will be fine. Best of luck!

Well TBH i think it is the shortest leg of the journey.

Donegal town to roscommon town is the longest at 90 miles
