look really fun, can use any bbs, reused or whatever and they say you can put in baby powder for added effect.
    check them out on depot53.com
might bring one or two home with me next time im heading home

They would be very fun alright ,it would be cool 2 have an "enginneer" on your team who'd be layin mines and claymores around the place :D , the remote claymores look alot safer then the tripwires [for obvious safety reasons] but their all fairly expensive :(

true, they are a bit pricey, but with they would be great fun, especailly in indoor games such as entering a building and also having to worry about mines, or setting the mines off yourself when a entry team heads into your building:D :D
i wonder how hard it would be to make a homemade claymore, or some sort of bb grenade, somthing to think about

Loads of demos on youtube, and you can set them all on one remote...heh heh heh!

    Also: Step1, strap a / 4 claymore(s) to your tac vest
2 run into the enemy base screaming
    3.Press fire!

I've seen them b4, and been thinking of getting a few for home defence, next idiot who hops over my back wall is in for a big surprise.
Also they would be ok to use indoors so mabey we can bring a few to the swords skirmish?

Mmmm, that could hurt in CQB...also, they're designed with a very wide spray.

cant see it hurting more then getting a burst from an aeg.

Yeah, but 400 instead of like 3-35 BB's!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,323 ✭✭✭Spitfire666

not ALL 400 are gonna hit you though unless youre very unlucky.

Too bad they don't ship overseas. I'd be all for strapping 2 on the chest and charging in.

Now, Claymore or Wii, Claymore or Wii? Hard to decide!

I find every large purchase I make at the moment ends in.."...or Wii?"

This summer it'll be "FAL or Wii?" .. Then after I buy a FAL, it'll be "three hand guns...or Wii?" Safe to say, The Wii keeps just losing out every time. Shame, as I really do want one!

reminds me of every airsoft gun purchase i made so far it was always x or a mac11 and the mac11 lost out everytime, and finaly the cravings went away until id ago of yours lol

not a fan of the Wii
played call of duty 3 on it and thought it was rubbish
id much rather buy a gun than a Wii

Well anyway, before this has to be moved to the Nintendo forum...

    Airsoft claymores anyone?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,121 ✭✭✭N.O.I.P.

Yeah I'd love to get a couple of claymores (and a wii) :D but I don't think I'd use them enough to justify the expense, kinda like my SG1 I really am going to have to skirmish that on saturday.

They seem like the kind of thing that you'd purchase between a team (and no, I don't mean a Wii)

Maybe when Team Bray actually gets training...and a proper bloody name!

Hmmm how about team "Orange tipped doom"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,121 ✭✭✭N.O.I.P.

Its only about am inch longer, they weigh more or less the same but I have a sling on the G3 so its easier to use, at least it should be I'll see on saturday or should I say sunday since it looks like everyone else is wimping out on saturday because of the match :D

It's not the match. It's those dreaded little wombles. I was so sure it was just a childrens television show.
