    Ok I'm quite upset at the moment so I'm hoping someone can advise me. I've always wanted an mp3 player, and could never quite afford the money to get a really good decent one, so by chance over christmas my sisters fiance was throwing away a lot of his stuff and came across an mp3 he doesn't use anymore and gave it to me, so I was chuffed to bits!! I have been playing with it ever since, it has 20 gb of space, and it's quite old, 2years old i think, but I love it.

    Now today, out of the blue, it wouldn't turn on for a while, so I left it thinking the battery might have died. When I brought it home and plugged it in, it tells me that 'device cannot initialize the hdd' and it turns off. So i went to the repair and recovery utility and tried everything, even wiped the firmware and it still says the same thing.

    I don't know what to do, I loved this little guy! Can anyone help me... please??:(
