Easons in O'Connell St would have them or any artist supply shop.hope this helps

There's a specialist pen shop on dame st; opposite the bank of ireland.
at the trinity street junction.
Just happened to notice it the other day they seem to have all sorts of pens.
Can't remember what it's called but it's right on the corner

A4Art on Thomas street have some Neo pens, but not sure if they're the ones you're looking for - 01 - 6719103 is their number?

They've ordered items in for people before aswell.
