Question about Laser/Maestro card and ordering online.

I know you cant order of every site with these cards but Ive been trying to get stuff of Amazon.co.uk and they are asking for a start date and also an issue number I have no idea what these are. Please help

Don't think you can use your Irish Laser/Maestro, it has to be from a UK bank as far as I know. I know that is a bit confusing but I think there is a difference between the two.
