    Long story but basically my Dads company for the last while have needed him to come home from work and plug up his laptop to the ISDN line(they pay for and installed) and send back all his work for that day.

    But this has wrecked my head because for the last few years we couldnt get Broadband because most companies couldnt put a second line in except for Eircom but they said 60% chance it wont work and will still charge me 150 euro and will dig up outside house and will take a few weeks - so said no thanks.

    So finally my Dads company move with the times and have decided to start using Broadband instead of the ISDN line so my Dad asks how long to get it installed in house(company still pay for it and 3mb) and he is told 3 weeks and 4 weeks is up so ask my Dad to ask again and his company say oh it will be another few weeks so im not sure if its his company or Eircom being slow, a bit of both id say.

    So im sick of it at this stage.

    So i cant get rid of the ISDN line because my Dad needs to use it till Broadband is installed by the company.

    So im going to get wireless broadband for the moment and pay for it myself,anythink quicker than the dial up which is so slow and getting slower.

    The problem seems to be that when you sign up for a contract it is either 6/12 months and i basically only want it for a month or two.
    But if its only around 20 euro a month i dont mind paying for the 6 months even if i only use it for 1/2 months.

    So basically which companyy will provide wireless broadband at under 25 euro a month(even less than 1mb will do for the mo),no installation fee of over 25euro and nothing longer than a 6 month contract ?

    Im in South Dublin so what companies would match that criteria and in wireless broadband ?
