Hostel in Amsterdam

Can anybody recommend a good hostel in Amsterdam? I'm going in two weeks with a group of friends and all the main ones like the flying pig are booked out

Hey, the Ibis Hotel in Amsterdam is great, just a 3-4 min walk from Central Station (turn right when u get outside) right across from a massive multi-story bicycle park and canals and across the road a bit from main shops and cafes...great location and nice,clean hotel.
