Focus Stacking

    For you macro tripod freaks out there. A technique I just came across on Flickr. It's called focus stacking, which essentially means that you expose a few frames, all with slightly different focus points and run them through an app to combine the in focus areas.
    From what I've read a tripod seems essential, but the lad below shoots some handheld!

    I have LordV in my contacts too and meant to have a look at that technique. He produces some amazing macros.
