Whats the shows name? Purple Otter, Seaside, Talking football!!

    When I was around 5-7(I'm 20 now) there was a show on Network 2, I think it was on Saturdays. It was Irish made, set in a seaside house with a family of puppets(Big headed ones with Spikey hair I think). The youngest had a teddy bear that was an Purple ottor....it came to life and was EVIL!!! Also later on in the series when the otter was good, a talking football was the main bad guy. What was the show called??? Anyone??

    This has been bothering me for years as I used to have nightmares about the aforementioned Otter....my close friends think it was all a dream and I made the whole thing up!
