    Hey all,

a younger friend of mine has an interview with Kirby Group Engineering for an Electrical apprentice position.
It would be his first proper interview/job so it would be great if anyone could give me some advice for him.
Im guessing they are just looking for somone who is interested and intelligent and they wont expect him to have any real knowledge in the area.

Anything else, preferably from and sparkys out there?

    Thanks a lot!

Not asparks - but I employ some! Like all apprentices - enthusiasm, good attitude and willingness to work hard. Oh, and not be colour blind - seriously :D
